Must have:
Bachelor or equivalent Degree
Good communication skills (oral & written) and fair command over english
Good analytical skills, problem solving skills
Capable of keeping track of multiple short term priorities in pressure situations
Basic knowledge of computers, comfortable in operating on desktop/laptop
Willingness to continuously working in shifts, weekends, holidays (flexible with schedule)

Good to have :
Knowledge of Linux and windows operating system/commands
Knowledge of monitoring systems (sensu, prometheus, New Relic, grafana etc.)
knowledge of network operations, information architecture
Knowledge of AWS services, elastic search, basic scripting
Knowledge of kubernetes
Knowledge of of ticketing tool Jira

System Monitoring
Access management
Troubleshooting the alerts, finding cause of the problems
Issue tracking, and follow ups
Incident reporting and Escalation
Willing to work 24/7 with rotational shifts
